2.3 Password Security

Account Management

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

baj222 reserves the right to verify the identity and financial information of its members. An identity verification ("KYC") process may need to be completed before a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount. Some services may be limited until verification is complete.

3.2 Account Suspension or Cancellation

baj222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently cancel any account in the following cases:

• In the event of a breach of the Terms.
• If fraud or dishonest activity is suspected.
• If evidence of providing false information is found.
• If the account has been inactive for a long period.
• At the user's own request.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. In this case, baj222 may deduct a maintenance fee in accordance with applicable rules. Please contact the support team for information about the balance of an inactive account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at baj222 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Deposits can be made using the following methods:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. There may be a slight delay on weekends or bank holidays.

4.3 Transaction Fees

baj222 generally does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are entirely the user's responsibility.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on baj222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn. The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement will be stated on the bonus details page.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be activated on one account at the same time, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• A bonus may only be usable on specific games — please read the details of each bonus.
• Winnings made with bonus funds are withdrawable, but only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

baj222 offers cashback benefits across five VIP tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on regular gaming participation and loyalty to the platform.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and legal action may be taken:

• Attempting to modify or hack the platform's software.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harming the platform through collaborative betting or arbitrage strategies.
• Using another member's login credentials.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party account.
• Registering using a false identity or documents.

Limitation of Liability
